This website is a focus for discussion on the subject of all kinds of psychological bullying, mental and emotional abuse. It focuses most of all on the mental abuse of males by females, due to the fact that this is a largely unacknowledged, though widespread, phenomenon, and one which I have experienced myself

Is your wife or girlfriend psychologically abusing you? Does she allow her friends to abuse you? You do not need to put up with that.

The pages contain an account of my own experiences of mental abuse, together with some analysis of the problem generally, suggested ways of dealing with the abuse, and useful links, books and organisations.
